Nutrition Counseling - Healthy Directions

The Nutrition Therapy and Counseling

"One size does not fit all" when it comes to nutrition advice and people tend to be confused by the conflicting recommendations for healthy eating...the reasons our nutritionists in the Nutrition Counseling Center offer a variety of programs and services for our community.    Amy Pieczarka RD, LDN, CCN, CDE and Kristin Morrow, RD, LDN, CDE are the experienced nutrition experts who customize nutrition plans for participants.

Good nutrition is an essential component for health management.  Nutrition therapy is ideal for everyone interested in learning how to promote a healthy lifestyle, prevent health problems before they begin, and successfully manage existing conditions.

Here are just some of the reasons why you or a family member or friend might benefit from nutrition therapy:  digestive issues, weight management, reducing cardiac risk factors, food allergies/intolerances, diabetes, hypoglycemia, disordered eating (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder), sports nutrition, guidance for parents for promoting positive eating in their children, pregnancy, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue,  overall wellness.
