Please Remember to Bring
A signed physician's order
Your insurance card
An insurance referral from your primary care physician
- if required by your insurance company
- if you have an electronic referral, please check that your primary care physician's
office has submitted it
Preparing for Your Visit
Please avoid taking any calcium supplements or multivitamins with calcium for 24 hours prior to your test
Please do not take Fosamax (or any other medication for osteoporosis) for 24 hours prior to your test
When You Arrive at the Center
Register at Suite 2200 for all appointments before 3:00pm
After 3:00pm, stop by suite 2400 first
